The class="bootstrap" CSS theme is compatible with the default Bootstrap theme.
Like all Web Components, Shadow DOM prevents CSS styles, including those loaded by Bootstrap, from affecting style within a component.
To style sortable-table, use the special ::shadow or /deep/ CSS selectors.
